Designed to arrest the plantar flexion movement and lift the foot, this foot drops splint supports and stabilises the ankle and foot. The rigid construction and anatomical design provide stabilization to the ankle and foot.
Kudize presents this foot drop splint which has an anatomical design to provide stabilisation to the foot and ankle. It keeps the ankle at 90 degrees and prevents the foot from dropping towards the ground. The splint keeps hemiplegic foot in functional position and helps in walking. Its thin wall and light weight construction make it easy to use. It can be worn with or without shoe, the inbuilt hook loop closures and padding ensure better fitting. It is designed to aid in swing phase toe clearance and to reduce plantar flexion impact in the early stages.
