It comes with an advanced 3D woven patellar pouch with a removable silicone ring which may help relieve pressure and enhance comfort. The silicon pad absorbs all the vibrations around the patella and the patellar tendon. It has multiaxial hinges that help in walking comfortably, it also prevents the knee cap from rolling down.
