Direction of use -

• Sit with an upright back posture with feet on the ground.
• Place wrist band with white text written area right above the front wrist.
• Slide the machine back inserting your wrist in the radial curvature of the band.
• Tightly close the Velcro strap.
• Ensure a gap of 1 finger width from the palm.
• Also ensure the red line is parallel to the artery (radial pulse).
• Take the device at heart level and switch the device on.
• Wait until measurement completes.
• The result will be displayed on the screen and will saved in the memory.
